1. Scope of Services
Tokuqiquxusholdings Pty Ltd provides professional laser engraving and cutting services. Our operations are conducted at 412 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. We process a variety of materials, including wood, leather, glass, metal, and acrylic, provided they do not contain chlorine (such as PVC), which we strictly refuse to process for safety reasons.
2. Orders and Bookings
Orders are placed via our contact form or email. A booking is considered confirmed only after the layout is approved and the required deposit is paid. The minimum order value for any project is A$45. For urgent requests, an additional fee of 30% will be applied to the total cost.
3. Pricing and GST
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. Detailed pricing structures are available on our services page. Prices are calculated based on material type, engraving area, or hourly design rates for layout preparation.
4. Deposits and Payments
To initiate production, a deposit of 50% of the total order value is required. The remaining balance is due upon completion before the items are released. For B2B clients, payment terms are extended to 14 days from the date of invoice. All payments must be made to Tokuqiquxusholdings Pty Ltd.
5. Cancellations and Amendments
Amendments to the design are permitted only before the production phase begins. Once the laser cutting or engraving process has started, the deposit is non-refundable. As these are custom-made products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that meet the approved layout specifications, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Intellectual Property and Rights
The client warrants that they own the rights to any logos or trademarks provided for engraving. Tokuqiquxusholdings Pty Ltd accepts no liability for copyright infringement resulting from client-provided designs. Upon full payment, the client receives the physical product and, if designed by us, the final vector layout. All illustrative photos on the site are for demonstration purposes only.
7. Liability and Consumer Law
Our services are provided in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). We are not liable for material defects inherent to the supplied material if provided by the client. For data handling concerns, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Melbourne. For complaints regarding privacy, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at GPO Box 5288, Sydney NSW 2001.
