Our History and Studio

Founded in 2018, Tokuqiquxusholdings was established to bridge the gap between industrial laser capabilities and the needs of small-scale designers, event planners, and local businesses in Melbourne. We operate from a dedicated 85 m² workshop located in the Melbourne CBD, where we maintain a controlled environment to ensure the highest quality of output for every project.

Our facility is equipped with both CO2 and Fiber Lasers, allowing us to process 12 different types of materials, including various hardwoods, acrylics, leather, and metals. With a maximum working area of 900 x 600 mm, we can accommodate a wide range of project sizes, from intricate small-scale engraving to larger precision-cut components.

How We Work

Our workflow is designed to minimise errors and ensure that the final product matches the client's vision exactly. Every project begins with a technical review of the provided files. If the artwork is not in a suitable vector format, our design team assists in preparing the layout to ensure clean paths for the laser beam.

Once the layout is approved, we select the optimal power and speed settings based on the material thickness and desired finish. We follow a strict quality control process, where each item is inspected for burn marks or alignment shifts. Our average turnaround time is 3-5 business days, ensuring a reliable schedule for our B2B partners and private clients alike.

We believe in transparency and technical honesty. We provide clear guidance on which materials are suitable for specific applications and avoid processing hazardous materials, such as PVC, to maintain a safe and professional working environment.
